LMCC’S SUMMER IS READY FOR YOU.

2013 marks LMCC’s 40th anniversary year and we look forward to celebrating with you all year long. Our season of Public Programs kicks off in May and is a great way to explore new art, ideas, and the neighborhoods in Lower Manhattan. Whether you stop by our Open Studios, ride the ferry to Building 110: LMCC’s Arts Center at Governors Island, or dive into the contemporary dance, theatre, music, and interactive projects during River To River 2013, we encourage you to soak up as much art as you can handle this summer.

“The River To River Festival produces the kind of event that makes the Big Apple fun in the summer months. Lower Manhattan Cultural Council, which organizes the festival, is great at finding street corners, alleyways, and parks that you never thought were danceable.” — Dance Magazine
