4. Two Professional References

Name TWO professional references including contact information - title, organization, phone, and email address. If your reference is not affiliated with an organization, such as an individual artist, you must still fill in the title and organization fields, for example: Title/Position: Artist, Organization: Self-Employed. 5. Narrative Biography

Provide a paragraph highlighting relevant accomplishments in your career as an artist. Please include education, awards, residencies, exhibitions, publications, projects, and where born/live/work in the field below. Do not paste your resume in this field. 100 words maximum

6. Artist’s Statement/Writer's Statement

Provide a paragraph that describes your work and your working practice in general. Consider how your statement relates to your submitted work sample. 100 words maximum.

7. Proposal

The proposal should describe potential projects and ideas for the Workspace program, giving the panel an idea of how you think and work. Consider the questions: Why are you applying to the Workspace program specifically? Why are you applying at this point in your career? Also, address expectations and work plan including technical requirements. 200 words maximum.
