Melissa Dubbin received her BA in Moving Image Arts from the College of
Santa Fe. Aaron S. Davidson received his BA in Photography and Fine Arts
from the University of New Mexico. Dubbin and Davidson have worked collaboratively
since 1998. They have exhibited internationally at the Gwangju Biennial
in Korea, Espace Paul Ricard, Paris, and Sadler’s Wells, London, and nationally
at New Museum of Contemporary Art, Museum of Art and Design, The Kitchen,
and Bronx Museum of the Arts, all in New York City. Recent awards include
NYSCA Individual Artists Grant, and Media Alliance/Jerome Foundation’s
Fellowship. Dubbin was born in Las Cruces, New Mexico, and Davidson, in
Madison, Wisconsin; both artists live in Brooklyn, New York
