The selection panel for the Gulf Coast Artist Residency Program included members of Lower Manhattan Cultural Council staff and decisions were made on the basis of need, ability to participate fully in the 6-month program, diversity of selected residency group, artistic merit, appropriateness of artistic practice for shared, raw, workspace, and demonstrated commitment to artistic practice and development.
