Lower Manhattan Cultural Council and the World Financial Center Arts
& Events Program present an exhibition of public artwork installed
throughout the WFC Complex
October 30, 2002 - January 17, 2003
This exhibition is the culmination of the five-month New
Views: World Financial Center artist residency program. Nine New York-based
visual artists were invited to set up studios in the WFC Courtyard Gallery to
research and develop projects that address the social, geographic, and political
particularities of the site and its coming back to life after the September attacks.
Works are installed on the street and lobby levels of the WFC Complex.
Exhibition Hours:
Daily, 10 am -7 pm
WFC Courtyard Gallery open Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, 1 - 4 pm
