Swing Space has taken over an entire office floor at 125 Maiden Lane. The space can accommodate ten to fifteen studio workspaces or installation spaces for visual artists, five offices, and a shared rehearsal space. 125 Maiden Lane is a few blocks south of Fulton Street near Water Street. Space generously donated by Time Equities, Inc.

• 125 Maiden Lane - East: 125 Maiden Lane - East currently hosts studio workspace for five visual artists. Most spaces are former offices, with four walls and a door (!). Many have views of the East River.
• 125 Maiden Lane - South: 125 Maiden Lane - South is a five-room suite currently used as installation space for a visual arts collective.
• 125 Maiden Lane - SouthWest: 125 Maiden Lane - SouthWest is a three-room suite currently used as office and rehearsal space for arts groups. The rehearsal space has a linoleum floor and two walls of windows.
• 125 Maiden Lane - West: 125 Maiden Lane - West is an office suite with five offices and plenty of common space. Each office is equipped with a phone line.
