Aaron Gilbert

The work of Aaron Gilbert analyzes the cosmological significance of human interactions and behavioral patterns.

(b. 1979) he holds an MFA in painting from Yale, and a BFA in painting from RISD. Aaron was an affiliate fellow at the American Academy in Rome in the summer of 2008 and a Jacob Javits commended scholar in 2007. He has exhibited paintings and/or video in group shows at Deitch Projects in NY, Marc Selwyn Fine arts in LA as well as galleries in Berlin, Providence, and Barcelona. Aaron previously worked as a CAD and Engineering Technician in the biomedical industry.
