Daniel Turner
Daniel Turner was born in Portsmouth, VA and received a BFA in painting from the San Francisco Art Institute. He has participated in solo and group exhibitions at national and international venues including The Union Gallery, New York; USSA Fine Arts, Brooklyn; Envoy Enterprises, New York; Chrysler Museum of Art, Norfolk, VA; Hermitage Foundation Museum, Norfolk, VA; Gregory Lind Gallery, San Francisco; Contemporary Art Center, Virginia Beach, VA; Rawls Museum Arts, Courtland, VA; Walter and McBean Gallery, San Francisco; Boulevard es Brezsnyev Gallery Budapest, Hungary; Preteen Gallery, Hermosillo, Mexico; and Josef Schwarz, Cologne, Germany. He is the recipient of three major grants from The Virginia Museum of Fine Arts.
