some worthwile artists who are in need of it at a time like this and there are some obviously very deserving artists, so why do you give assistance to art professors who are independently sponsored {waged} by their own universities when there are people with NO means of support and are in dire need; this really brings this old anomally into focus at times like this and needs to be reviewed across the board
