Access Restricted 2010, New York City Council Chamber
On February 24, Professor John Donohue spoke at the New York City Council Chamber at New York City Hall. The building mixes French Renaissance style on the exterior, and Georgian-style on the interior. The City Council Chamber itself contains a portrait of the Marquis de Lafayette by Samuel Finley Breese Morse, as well as a statue of Thomas Jefferson.
