LMCC grantee Barbara Russell in the New York Observer!
In a recent interview in The New York Observer, grantee artist Barbara Russell explained her role as an artist and the impact of the recent Supreme Court decision to uphold the Affordable Care Act. As a grantee artist, Russell participated in Lincoln Hospital's Lincoln Art Exchange, a program that offers credits or $40 per hour towards health insurance for artists who work within the Lincoln Art Exchange program.
