International Residencies

Since 2006, LMCC has been proud to provide selected special residencies for international artists and arts managers. Generous partners include CEC Artslink and the Mayor’s Office of the City of Paris (Marie de Paris).

CEC Artslink

The ArtsLink Residencies program offers artists and arts managers from Eastern and Central Europe, Russia, Central Asia and the Caucasus a five-week residency at an established, non-profit arts organization in the US. Host organizations are selected by CEC staff from an application process open to US non-profit organizations from all fifty US states. Applicants do not need to have any contacts with organizations in the US to apply for this program.

Marie de Paris

Nearly 10 years ago, the Mayor’s Office of the City of Paris developed a residency program with cities abroad, in Europe and America, launching new initiatives to increase international cultural exchanges. Through these initiatives, opportunities have been created for foreign artists to live and work in Paris. The City of Paris directly manages five studio apartments at the Cité Internationale des Arts dedicated to foreign artists and, as part of the program, has developed this residency in visual arts between New York and Paris . www.paris.fr
