A former office space at 125 Maiden Lane was transformed into a Lower Manhattan Cultural Council Swing Space housing selected projects in the Office Space category. Private spaces on the 9th floor offered artists and arts groups in the visual and performing arts valuable space to organize, coordinate, research, and hold meetings, and feature bird's eye views of the East River and the South Street Seaport.
