NEW TO VIDEO PODCASTS?

Subscribing to the LMCC audio podcast means that your podcast program (we strongly recommend iTunes for the job) automatically downloads the latest episode of our show to your computer as an MP3 file. Exactly when it does that depends on how you've configured your podcast program's settings. Once you have the MP3, you can listen to it even when you're not online. You can also pop the file onto an iPod or other portable MP3 player and take it with you anywhere you go.
